Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit congratulated jubilant NSUI candidates for victory within the Delhi College Students Union elections on Saturday. The winning candidates met Ms. Dikshit at her residence. Senior Congress leader and legislator Mukesh Sharma made an appearance being present.
