The BJP on Suday cracked the whip against eminent criminal lawyer Ram Jethmalani for anti-party activities.
Earlier, television stations on Sunday reported the party has made the decision to suspend the noted lawyer.
A belligerent Jethmalani, who assaulted the party because of its critique around the appointment from the new CBI director, on Sunday challenged the party leadership to do something against him for his get up on the problem.
"If there's any pursuit taken against me, I'll welcome it, however i don't believe anybody has got the guts to make any move against me," he told reporters here.
Responding to questions, the Rajya Sabha Mega pixel stated, "I am unable to speak for that party. I'm a really small part of the party, I can not predict its action but that doesn't permit me from speaking the reality.
"I've expressed my view and I’m happy that a minimum of 3-4 persons have support me," he stated.
While responding to questions when there have been more and more people within the party getting an identical stand, Jethmalani stated, "I am certain you will find more. I'm 100% certain you will find a lot more, but all don't be capable to speak the reality openly and freely."
Actor-switched Mega pixel from Patna Sahib, Shatrughan Sinha has became a member of Jethmalani and Yashwant Sinha in demanding resignation of party Leader Nitin Gadkari facing accusations of corruption, saying the problem elevated by them should be regarded seriously.
"The problem elevated by them (Jethmalani and Yashwant Sinha) should be regarded seriously," Sinha had told reporters on Saturday in Patna, responding to some wonder if he agreed using the other two BJP leaders' interest in Gadkari's resignation.
Jethmalani, while demanding Gadkari's resignation, had stated another BJP leaders were with him around the interest in Gadkari's exit as party chief.
The advocate-politician, that has embarrassed BJP earlier by freely demanding Gadkari's resignation, again place the party in discomfiture as he assaulted Leaders of Opposition in Parliament Sushma Sinha and Arun Jaitley for criticising the appointment of recent CBI Director Ranjit Sinha and stated the government's decision has "averted national calamity".
"....I had been astonished to see the BJP has assaulted the pm and also the Congress party for which the party calls the short-monitored appointment of Mr. Ranjit Sinha because the Director from the CBI," he stated inside a letter addressed to Gadkari, copies which were marked towards the Pm and also the media.
"I regret this critique is because of complete lack of knowledge of relevant details and it has been started with a most undesirable rival who needed to withdraw his petition prior to the CAT yesterday consequently from the appointment," he stated.
Shocked by Jethmalani's episode from the party, BJP had indicated on Saturday it might take disciplinary action against him.
"Jethmalani continues to be making claims from the BJP Leader and features spoken from the two Leaders from the Opposition. We completely deny his charges against them. The party has had serious note of his claims and powerful action is going to be taken when needed,Inch BJP representative Shahnawaz Hussain had stated.
